Export Policy

All delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekly business closures). These times correspond to the usual order processing, preparation, and shipping times.

Delivery of the Products will be carried out by carrier, within an average period of two (2) working days and not exceeding five (5) working days (subject to stock availability) from the date of email confirmation of the order.


If the delivery deadline is exceeded, the Customer may cancel their order free of charge. In this case, any sums already debited will be refunded within fourteen (14) days of the date on which the order was cancelled.

Receive your order quickly! We typically process orders within 24 to 48 hours.

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, JAHBABY is showcased to management from our production sites. Deliveries arrive between 10am and 6pm.
